The daily report follows the structure site managers know. SBZ works out the weekday and calendar week, fetches the weather, and fills in companies and working hours from the master data.

Turn a disruption into a claim with evidence.

The disruption wizard walks through event, responsibility and effect. You record the extra effort in the daily report; SBZ adds it up and prices the claim from your original calculation.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Do I need to install anything?

No. SBZ runs in the browser on PC, tablet and smartphone. On a phone you can also add SBZ to the home screen like an app.

Can I bring my existing schedule?

Yes. The most reliable way is an XML export from MS Project, which carries hierarchy, links and resources. An Excel export with number, task name, duration, start, finish and predecessors works too.

Who needs a licence?

Only site managers and administrators. Viewers, for example foremen, client representatives or planners, use SBZ for free and can read every project shared with them.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your instance becomes read-only, never locked. All reports stay readable and can be exported as PDF, Excel or ZIP. Site diaries have to be available for years, after all.

Is my data stored next to other companies' data?

No. Every company gets its own instance with its own database. We agree the hosting location and data processing terms with you before you start.

Does SBZ replace my lawyer in disputes about time?

No. SBZ provides complete documentation and a traceable calculation using the Soll' method. The legal assessment stays with your advisers, who can work far better with it.

How quickly can we start?

An instance is set up quickly. We import your companies and templates from Excel, bring in the schedule and train your team in one joint session.
